CIOR/CIOMR Mid-Winter Meeting 2023

The Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR) in conjunction with The Interallied Confederation of Medical Reserve Officers (CIOMR) will hold a joint Mid-Winter Meeting (MWM) in Brussels (BEL) during the period 30 January - 03 February 2023\. CIOR MWM will be only physical attendance event, which shall take place at NATO Headquarters.

EXECUTION

Arrival.
a. 30 January will be arrival day for CIOMR
b. 31 January will be arrival day for CIOR

Meetings. All official meetings will be hosted in the NATO HQ press hall according to CIOMR and CIOR agendas. Address: Boulevard Leopold III, 1110 Brussels, Belgium.
The following attendance is sought:
a. CIOR & CIOMR Presidential Team
b. CIOR & CIOMR VPs and ASGs
c. CIOR & CIOMR Committees and Working Groups Members
d. CISOR Delegation

Security Only those who register through Fienta and provided all the information requested, will be able to gain access to the NATO HQ. Individual security access badge is required that can be picked up at the Holiday Inn Brussels Airport hotel MWM23 information desk. It will be located near the entrance of the hotel and be open at times specified in the CIOR and CIOMR agendas.
Mobile phones, photo cameras and laptops Will Be allowed in the NATO HQ.
It is not permitted to bring personal luggage into the NATO HQ.

Registration and fees.
All participants must register through Fienta online registration. Participants must provide all the information asked during registration, otherwise the Presidency can not guarantee the entrance to NATO HQ.
Each participant must buy a Fienta ticket along with a fee for CIOR/CIOMR/CISOR delegates 350 €.. Other types of tickets also available.

Accommodation. Participants are asked to stay at Holiday Inn Brussels Airport hotel, Breydelstraat 20-24, Brussels, 1040, Belgium Belgium (other hotels will not be supported by transportation, etc). All guests should reserve their rooms through official website from the following link: BOOK HERE
NOTE: On the hotel website klick "Book Now" in the top right corner and select your dates. Booking of rooms with MWM23 discounts opens after selecting your period of stay. Rooms with discounted price are guaranteed until 31st of December 2022.

Transportation. Transportation from the airport to the hotel will not be provided by CIOR.
During the meetings a shuttle bus service to NATO HQ will be provided from the Holiday Inn Brussels Airport hotel. Information about the shuttle will be at the Holiday Inn Brussels Airport hotel information desk.

Meals. Lunch will be served at NATO HQ on 1 January and 2 January. MWM23 Gala Dinner is held straight after the working session on 2 January NATO HQ (no transportation to hotel is provided in between).

Dress Code. Service dress will be used during whole event. Mess dress uniform is not required for the Gala Dinner.
